Womb and Wellness is a network of vetted maternity service providers from a variety of disciplines that have experience, certifications and a special interest in providing care during pregnancy and postpartum. We also have a number of providers who specialize in fertility and pre pregnancy wellness. We take the work and worry out of connecting with the providers you need.

We want to make it easier for pregnant and postpartum people to utilize maternity services. Pregnancy is a unique time when you have to find new care providers that specialize in maternity care. Too often it’s difficult to know who to trust or what services are available. You might find yourself needing services that you’ve never used before and don’t know which chiropractor, massage therapist, doula etc. is right for you and your baby. Womb & Wellness has made it simple by doing the research for you. We’ve assembled qualified providers that offer the services you need and we’ll even help you book an appointment. Skip the web search, don’t worry about filling out a bunch of contact forms or making numerous phone calls. Simply provide your information and we will do the rest free of charge!

Don’t see what you’re looking for? Just ask us, even if not listed we may be able to help you with the service you’re looking for. 

To get started, fill out the registration questionnaire. We will then contact you by email so please check your junk folder if you don’t receive an email. Feel free to call us if you require an appointment with in 24 hrs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

There is no cost for a care plan or to access our network. The cost of your treatment, consult or service will be paid to the provider directly. Many services are covered by third party insurance benefits. We always appreciate referrals and for you to like, follow and share on social media!

Womb & Wellness is proudly Canadian and has partnered with providers throughout the greater Toronto area including Durham, York and Peel region. However, we also offer virtual services that can be accessed from anywhere. We are expanding our network, so if we don’t cover your area yet, we will soon. 

Our verified providers all are fully vetted. All regulated health professionals must be in good standing with their professional regulatory college, have no professional conduct complaints and hold professional liability insurance. All providers have an appropriate combination of experience and perinatal specific certifications/training and a passion for maternal health and provide exceptional care.

We want people to feel their best during pregnancy & postpartum and minimize complications. Instead of waiting for complications or managing symptoms and/or underlying conditions we have a group of providers that will help you achieve optimal health for you and your baby.

Research has shown that despite advances in obstetrical care there is an increase in severe maternal complications for certain categories of people. This is caused by a number of factors including age, lifestyle and environment. Although your midwife or OB will be managing your pregnancy there are a number of other health professionals and maternity care specialists that can help you along your journey too.

Womb & Wellness has services that not only help you feel your best but also give you the support, reassurance and guidance needed during this time. We hear so much about it taking a village to raise a child and we want to make sure you know that the village is here for you too! Too often we parents (and parents to be) forget to take care of ourselves, making it that much harder to take care of our babies. So whether you want to call it a village, a tribe or team, we have a trusted community here for you.

In most situations it is safe to use these services during pregnancy, however, we do recommend checking with your midwife or doctor before starting complementary therapies. In most cases the services are a welcome addition to the care you are receiving.
